Process
Conducting a thorough assessment of the client’s case and determining the applicable commission or regulatory body.
Conduct pre-filing investigations by gathering relevant evidence and information to support the client’s case, and we also ensure compliance with any pre-filing requirements or procedures set by the commissions.
Preparing a comprehensive complaint or petition by outlining the legal and factual basis of the case and ensuring to adhere to any particular procedural requirement.
Participate in hearings before the commissions, present evidence, and adhere to the commission’s rule of procedure during adjudication.
We will be sure to be with you throughout and file an appeal if the commission decision is unfavorable and adhere to the statute of limitation if any.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all proceedings, filings, and communications related to the case.
We stay updated about any change in the commission’s rules and procedures and effectively communicate with the client with a proactive approach to addressing procedural and substantive issues and essential for the successful navigation of the commission’s litigation process.
